These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be the only contract template governing the sale of products by the Chromax company, taking precedence over other agreements and excluding the application of any other contract templates.<\/p>\n
Payment for the purchased goods shall take place within the deadline specified in the invoice, regardless of the submitted complaint.<\/p>\n
In the event of delayed payment, the Buyer shall pay statutory interest due to delay in payment.<\/p>\n
Until the goods have been paid for, they shall remain the property of the Chromax company.<\/p>\n
In the event of delayed payment by the Buyer, the Chromax company reserves the right to suspend shipment until receiving the due amount, as well as the right to claim interest for delayed payment.<\/p>\n
The Buyer shall examine the goods at the time of their dispatch\/receipt, and they may submit qualitative complaints for apparent defects (regarding shape, size, performance) within 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, the complaint shall no longer be valid and shall not affect the payment for goods.<\/p>\n
Orders specifying quantity, product type, product size and any additional information shall be placed by the Buyer only in written or electronic form, sent to the following e-mail address: zdzislaw.walorski@chromax.pl<\/a>\u00a0biuro@chromax.pl<\/a>, or by post to the following address:CHROMAX, Zak\u0142ad Obr\u00f3bki Metalu Iwona Perzy\u0144ska, 55-220 Jelcz Laskowice, ul. Belgijska 12 Any changes to the order shall be made only with the consent of the Chromax company, expressed in written or electronic form prior to its fulfillment.<\/p>\n In the event of a written order cancellation, delay in the receipt of goods, or withdrawal from this Agreement by the Buyer upon the exclusive consent of the Chromax company, the Buyer shall incur all the costs associated with production and storing the goods, i.e. remedy the damage. The Chromax company reserves the right to claim compensation in this respect under General Terms.<\/p>\n In the event of transport services being provided by the Chromax company, the Buyer shall receive the goods at the time of their delivery, upon prior consultation of the date and the scope of delivery. For shipments provided by external companies or by the Buyer themselves, the Buyer shall receive the goods within 3 days of a written or electronic notification from the Chromax company, indicating that the goods are ready to be received. After this date, the Chromax company reserves the right to send the goods at the Buyer’s risk, to their address and at their expense. Delayed receipt of the goods by the Buyer may result in the Chromax company charging statutory interest for delayed receipt, and it shall not exclude the right of the Chromax company to claim compensation under General Terms. Furthermore, the Chromax company reserves the right to invoice the packaging issued with the goods \u2013 the Parties shall agree on the price of the packaging and the Buyer shall agree to the inclusion of packaging in the price of the goods.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In matters not covered by this Agreement, the relevant provisions of the Polish law shall apply. Whereas the Chromax company should provide the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in other languages other than Polish, the Parties recognize that the Polish version shall take precedence in the event of any discrepancy in the provisions of this Agreement, resulting from their translation into foreign languages.<\/p>\n In the event of \u201cforce majeure\u201d, the Parties shall be exempt from liability for breach of contract, although they are required to immediately notify the other Party in writing about the occurrence. The event of “force majeure” shall not exempt the Buyer from paying the Chromax company for the delivered goods.<\/p>\n Any disputes shall be settled by the general court, i.e. Polish court competent for the registered office of the Chromax company.<\/p>\n The provisions of the Polish law, including in particular the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, shall apply to this Agreement.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" GENERAL TERMS OF SALE CHROMAX, Zak\u0142ad Obr\u00f3bki Metalu 55-220 Jelcz Laskowice, ul.
